George and Michelle 9-26-2015

Michelle and George's wedding was nothing short of spectacular!  They were such a wonderful couple to work with as well!  Their wedding was held at the Ford Piquet plant which is one of my favorite venues!  There ceremony was held downstairs amongst the amazing antique cars.  After the ceremony guests mingled around the museum and up to the second level were the reception was.  The guests were escorted to their seats by old ford keys and the details did not stop there.  Each table had a bottle of red and white wine for dinner along with the two open bars.  The low lighting and candlelight were breathtaking and illuminated the antique cars amazingly.   This was truly a wedding for the books!  Flowers done by Grand Jour Events.

Matt and Andrea 9-4-2015

Matt and Andrea were the most detailed and easiest couple to work with who live out of state!  Their wedding was held at the Belle Isle Casino.  The ceremony was held on the wide open front porch with the Detroit skyline as their backdrop.  The reception was held inside on the lower level.  Their reception portrayed the couple perfectly.  It was laid back, simple, but yet gorgeous and a lot of fun!  I am so glad I was able to work with Andrea and Matt!

Stephen and Melissa 8-8-2015

Melissa and Stephen were such an awesome couple!  Their wedding was held at Stony Creek Metro Park on a gorgeous day in July.  Their ceremony was held in front of the gazebo at the end of a long peninsula with the lake as their backdrop.  The reception was in the brand new, permanent tent owned and operated by Stony Creek.  The food which is catered onsite was amazing! It included late night s'mores station as well as a nacho and pretzel bar.  The dancing went well into the night and I can assure you everyone had a great time!

Henry and Jayne 7-11-2015

Jayne was a fantastic bride to work with!  Right from the start the couple wanted to their ceremony and reception to represent them and to be a great party for their guests!  Their ceremony was held in their backyard with the spectacular Pontiac Lake as their backdrop.  After the ceremony the guests were transported to the reception, her fathers house on the lake, by antique wooden boats.  The reception was one of a kind.  There were two outside bars set up that were made again from wooden antique boats as well as lawn games, slushy machine and a late night snack of Coney dogs and ice cream bars.  The bride and groom definitely achieved their goal of a one of a kind wedding!

Meghan and Gene 9-20-14 (Christine)

Meghan and Gene's wedding ceremony and reception was held at the Ellis Barn in Davisburg, MI.  They were such a beautiful couple and so much fun to work with! There was so many personal touches that this amazing couple had for their special day.  Hay barrels were scattered around for cocktail hour while guests munched on popcorn from the Detroit Popcorn Company while guests were escorted to their seats by the seating chart painted on vintage windows.  All in all it was an awesome day and night!

Congratulations Meghan and Gene!

Caitlin and Andrew 8-31-14 (Christine)

Caitlin and Andrew's reception was held at the beautiful Cottonwood Barn in Dexter, MI.  This completely renovated "barn" was absolutely  gorgeous from the outdoor courtyard cocktail hour to the desserts and dancing under the chandelier in the magnificent main bar.  Their night ended with a sparkler sendoff by family and friends.

The couple made their place cards into a fun trivia game for the guests!

Congratulations Caitlin and Andrew!
