I was browsing on Facebook to see if anything had been posted for Heather and Jeff's wedding and I found lots of goodies!

Heather and Jeff 2-18-12

Heather and Jeff had a wonderful reception. Heather’s main concern for the day was reception set up. I arrived at Penna’s of Sterling to set up and bring Heather’s day of vision to life : )

All of Heather’s centerpieces were DIY. I loved them! They went well with her “winter” theme…if only we had some snow!

Other vendors include the awesome DJ, John DeVergilio from JD Entertainment. Kellie Saunders was their photographer. I can’t wait to see pro pics! Videographer by Ross at RS Creative. Ross was great to work with and I’m sure they are going to have an awesome video.

Limousine service provided by Aristocrat Limo. I call the vendors the week of to confirm details and I just have to say Aristocrat was amazing. I spoke to the owner and she was one of the nicest ladies ever!

Kristy and John 1-28-12

Kristy and John had gorgeous wedding! Their ceremony and reception was at The Colony Club. The Colony Club is an amazing venue! The ceremony and reception were in the same room with a change over during cocktail hour.

Other key vendors include An Ultimate Sound. They did an awesome job keeping the dance floor packed!  Their photographer was the talented Amanda Williams. If you’re looking for a photographer check out her website but be earned so does book fast! There were also 3 absolutely delicious cheesecakes. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture but they were from Lakes Cakes. I’m looking forward to the next party I have just so I can buy a cheesecake!

Kelly and Matthew 12-31-12

Kelly and Matthew had an amazing wedding! Unfortunately my camera didn’t have a sim card in it : ( so I had to take pictures on my phone. They defiantly don’t show how amazing everything was! My main focus was the reception set up as Kelly and Matthew had a church coordinator.

Their reception was at The Detroit Yacht Club. Working with the DYC is always a pleasure the staff and management are awesome to work with!


Candlelite Chair Covers provided: silver chargers, table linens, chivari chairs with chair bustles, back drop for head table. I was in love with the head table back drop and the chair bustles. Rita is absolutely fantastic.

And we can’t forget about the party favor table. If you’re going to have a New Years wedding you need noise makers and hats!

 Other key vendors include photography by Jennifer and Gabe Hillebrand. Sound Dog Production did a great job keeping the dance floor packed all night long!

Lavdas Limousines provided transportation.

I don’t have a photo of the amazing couple but if the photographer sends one over I will make sure to post it! Take my word Kelly was absolutely beautiful!!!

Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a great holiday season! 2011 was such an amazing year for GJE! A big thank you to all my brides...I am truly blessed to have a job that I LOVE!!!! and I'm looking forward to 2012 and helping all my wonderful brides! I'm starting out 2012 with a bang... for the new year I have a new logo and new packages. The Knot "Best of Wedings" 2012

I am so excited to announce that I have been chosen as “Best of Weddings” 2012  by the Knot! I am so thankful to all my brides that have wrote a review about my services on theknot.com. The Knot actually read those reviews and chose the "Best Of" based on what you had to say! Because of the wonderful reviews my brides have left me I have been chosen as one of the best!  2011 was a great year, I am so excited to see what 2012 brings!

Jennifer and Chris 11-18-11

Jennifer and Chris had an amazing wedding. Jennifer had an excellent group of vendors with always helps : ) I loved everything about her wedding.

The ceremony was at Concorde Inn in Clinton Township. Everything went smoothly the only minor glitch is there were not suppose to be any Christmas decorations up. Although this wasn’t the plan it did look really nice.

 The new Mr. and Mrs. : ) Jennifer looked gorgeous!

 Their reception was at The Mirage in Clinton Township. The staff at the Mirage is excellent! Linens were provided by Always Special Linens. I LOVE the way the sashes are tied.

 They also had a photo booth from Foto Fun Photobooth and their DJ was Scott from Memory Makers. Scott is an amazing DJ, I highly recommend him!
