Sorry blog posts have been slow but...

We had our third son, Lawson Carter on August 4th. I have been keeping busy with the boys and getting ready for all my late summer/fall brides.

Here are a few photos of our little guy. I had his photos taken at 2 weeks old by the Pure Amour. The photos turned out awesome! If you are still looking for a wedding photographer make sure to check out Pure Amour. Amy does amazing work and has great prices.

Jamie and Vince 8-7-10

Jamie and Vince’s ceremony was at All Saints Chapel which is a small historical chapel in Howell. Their reception was at Crystal Gardens in Howell.

Signature mat and seating chart

The room all set up. Her colors were "pool blue", black and white. Chair covers were provided by Sposa Seating.

Jamie and Vince had two different centerpieces. I love how the ribbon has their name and wedding date on it. Flowers for the centerpieces, cake and bouquets were provided by Petals of Brighton.
The guest favors were blue jelly beans wrapped up and placed at each seat.
The cake was from Mary Denning’s Cake Shoppe.
Their photographer was Roland Young. He does amazing work and I highly recommend him! Here are a couple of photos from Roland.
Congratulations Jamie and Vince!!!

Gemma and Matt 7-24-10

Gemma and Matt had their ceremony at the Matthaei Botanical Gardens in Ann Arbor. I think they got married on one of the hottest days of the summer! It may have been hot but they were calling for heavy storms and luckily the storms held off.

Their reception was held at the Dahlmann Campus Inn in Ann Arbor. The Dahlmann Campus Inn is beautiful. It is very classic and elegant. Below is a picture of the lobby.

I loved Gemma and Matt’s escort cards. They were on sticks on stuck in moss.
Here is another alternative to a guest book that I absolutely love! Gemma had her guest leave their finger print with their name. All the fingerprints in the different shades of ink made for a great looking tree.

The cupcakes were provided by Gwen's Cake Decorating.

Guest favors were a "Go Green" tote bag.
They were also treated to a Photo wall a great alternative to a photo booth. For more information click here.
The bride and groom posing with their signature drinks.
There photographer was Rachel Shomsky. She did an amazing job. You can see a few pictures here but for more pictures please visit her blog.

Other vendors included Electric Entertainment for DJ, Wedding Crashers as their videographer. Hair was done by Jennifer LaVigne and make up was provided by I Make You Up. They both did an amazing job, Gemma looked fantastic!

Thank you so much for allowing me to help make your big day stress free and trusting me to take care of everything even though I was only 2 weeks away from my due date : )

Anne Marie and Tony 7-17-10

Anne Marie and Tony had a beautiful ceremony at Anne Marie’s family church, St. Columban Catholic Church in Birmingham.

Their reception was held at Addison Oaks in Leonard. It was a hike to get there but it was well worth the drive. Addison Oaks is a great site with a great staff! I highly recommend if you are still looking for a reception site to check out Addison Oaks. The banquet room is cozy yet elegant. There was a ton of set up that needed to be done at the hall. Annie Marie dropped all the items that needed to be set up off at Addison Oaks. When I arrived there were storage containers after storage containers filled with items to be set up. Annie Marie did a great job labeling the boxes so my assistant and I knew exactly where she wanted everything to go. From Christmas lights on the deck outside to adding the flowers to the cake we made sure everything was just perfect for the bride and groom.
I loved all the windows! Here are the guest tables.

Guest favors. So yummy : )
This was their card box. Ann Marie and Tony just bought a house and they ordered this card box to look exactly like their new house. I love it!
Cake time! When I arrived at the hall the cake was placed on the cake table and the flowers were in a bucket on the floor. Usually the baker or the florist adds the flowers but neither did. I wasn't sure exactly how Ann Maire wanted the flowers placed but I did what I thought would look best. I'm just glad Ann Maire loved the way it looked : )
Instead of a traditional guest book. Ann Maire had this tree made. There were sticker leaves that the guest placed on the tree and signed with their name. It was such a unique and cool idea. It looked great after all the guests added their leaves.

On of my favorite parts of the night was the sweet table. It was the biggest sweet table I have ever seen. Plus being 3 weeks away from my due date with my son it defiantly was a dream come true for a pregnant lady!
Here is a close up of half the sweet table
These wine glasses were used as decorations. They were actually hand painted by guests at Ann Marie's wedding shower. I loved that they incorporated them into the wedding decor.
They were placed on top of the piano along with photos of the bride and groom
First dance
Ann Marie and Tony had some amazing vendors. Their DJ was Josh Baker from Mike Staff Productions. He did an awesome job! The dance floor was packed all night long. Mike Staff Productions also provided their videographer.

Their photographer was Benjamin Friedkin. Here is a preview picture from his blog. For more pictures please visit his blog.
Congratulations Ann Marie and Tony! Your wedding was amazing!
