Maggie and Andrew 6-18-11

Maggie and Andrew had their ceremony and reception at Earhart Manor. Which is located on the campus of Concordia University in Ann Arbor.  Earhart is perfect for an outdoor wedding! I loved the ceremony area.
Maggie and Andrew had a beautiful ceremony.
The happy couple!
Tented reception

Maggie had three different centerpieces. I loved the wood under the centerpieces. All flowers were done by Grand Jour Events.

Maggie is such a sweetheart. Here she is in her reception dress getting ready for the bouquet toss.
Congratulations Maggie and Andrew! Thank you so much for letting me be apart of your special day!

Lisa and Henry 5-28-11

Lisa and Henry had their ceremony and reception at the beautiful Dearborn Inn. When I arrived the bridal party was just starting the traditional door games. Henry had to prove his love for Lisa by completing fun game with his groomsmen. The first game pictures was pretty funny…Henry’s best man had to put a hard boiled egg up on leg of Henry’s pants and down the other side.

It started out good but when the egg got to the center Henry couldn’t help but laugh : )

Anyone ever put a playing card up to their mouth and suck in so it didn’t fall off? Well this is kind of how the second game went. I’m not exactly sure of the paper they used. It was sort of like a rice paper but the guys had to pass it from one person to another. It did fall a few times and I do think there were a few accidental pecks on the lips.

For the third game they had to go a group push up. It was much harder then it looks!

 I love the dresses!

You could feel the rain in the air all day and thank goodness it held off for the ceremony!

 The head table
I loved that they used Henry's saber to cut the cake.
