Kaite and Michael 7-14-12

Katie was a dream bride to work with! She was so laid back and easy going. I loved that she put all her trust into GJE to bring her wedding vision to life. Katie and Michael had their ceremony at the Grosse Pointe Chapel. Since the chapel had a wedding coordinator they choose to have me focus on the reception set up at the Assumption Cultural Center in St. Clair Shores.

RoyaltyLinen and Events provided the linens and head table drapery.

Head table

MancusosFlorist provided bouquets and flowers for a majority of the tables. The other tables all had different centerpieces but hey all complemented each other. I loved them all!

Cake was from Josef’s Bakery and the flowers were actually from the bride’s mom’s garden.

They used Millenium Limo to transport the bridal party and guests. There driver was Nolan and he was wonderful to work with!

Their photographer was John F. Martin. I can't wait to see a sneak peak!

Bridgette and Michael 7-7-12

Bridgette and Michael had an amazing wedding! They braved the heat and had an outdoor ceremony at the Ann Arbor City Club. It may have been HOT but it was beautiful! There reception was also at the Ann Arbor City Club but luckily it was indoors : ) This was my first time at this venue and it really is awesome. Part of the venue is an old historical house and the ballroom is an addition that is really classy and elegant. If you’re looking for a unique venue defiantly check out the Ann Arbor City Club.

Centerpieces provided by Weber's and the chairs are from Chiavari Chairs Wedding. Both were fantastic companies to work with.

Jefferson Market and Cakery provided the cake. I’m in love with it!

Weber’s also provided the bouquets (not pictured) but seeing how it was soooo hot they suggested that the bride not use them for pictures before the ceremony. Bridgette asked me to make her and her bridesmaids bouquets that would be ok in the heat…and here they are:

It was great working with Katie! I am so glad I got to be part of Katie and Tom’s big day! They had their ceremony and reception at Pi Banquet Hall located in Southfield….side note if you are using GPS to get to Pi chances are you’ll end up in a apartment complex. Not only did I end up there so did several guests : )

If you are searching for a Flutist contact Anne...she was amazing!

Another wonderful wedding at The Colony Club in Detroit! Julie and Scott had their ceremony and reception at The Colony Club. It's always great working at The Colony Club,the staff is amazing!
